The General Rules

Welcome to Element of Desire! (EOD)
EOD is a Wild Horse RPG, based on the struggles formed between the three alliances: The Sacreds, The Torn, and The Shadows.
All members are expected to be fair to everyone. There will be no picking fight's, no name calling unless it is deliberate fun and the receiving person understands this, and no whining. None of this will be tolerated under any circumstances. We expect everyone to be mature and use their minds before they act stupid and make a fool of themself in front of everybody.
Please play your character (Charrie) correctly. If he/she is a dark, then play them as that. If he/she is a light then follow the characteristics of them.
If you have a problem with another player's charrie, deal with it. Most likely they are playing it correctly. For example: If you have a dark mare and are playing it correctly, that character will take absolutely no pity on you, they will not be kind, nor fair under any circumstances. Understand this and be able to deal with anything that comes your way. No one will give you sympathy for being a baby. ^^
Stallion:
Are the only gender that may claim a land.
May rule as king (if position is not already taken), Wheeler, or a Rogue (See lower for more imformation)
May claim mares by any means without destruction of the mare
Though fighting is discouraged, Stallions may fight for general reasons such as, over a mare, or a land. Petty "pick" fights will result in a warning.
Must respect the King and all those in higher power then they. No one is excluded from respecting the Gods
Mares:
May not claim land but are free to roam in each as long as the stallion who has claimed you is alright with it.
May rule as Queen but only after the King chooses you to be his queen.
Mares can not ask for positions, what the lead gives you is what you get.
Physical fighting is not allowed unless it is in self defence.
Must respect the King and all those in higher power then they. No one is excluded from respecting the Gods
Lands:
All stallions are eligible to claim any land of their alliance. For example- A Sacred cannot claim a Torn land.
Once a land is taken, it is taken.
After 3 months the lead must give up his land to either a male heir, or if the lead does not have a male heir, whomever may take the land.
King's rule until their death. But that cannot be a year in real life
Melanie must be notified on herd stats so as the table at the top of each land may be modified regularly and updated.
Leads must be active members or else lands will become inactive and members below the lead who are active, have nothing to reply to.
Helpful Hints:
A Destrier is the leader of each land below the King
A Wheeler is a stallion who has his own band of mares, and simply resides in the Destrier's land. He holds no position other than another stallion who lives there. He has no power over any except for the mares he claims. The Destrier's mares are not the Wheelers.
A Rogue is a stallion who does not stay in any land. He wanders through them all, staying no longer than a week in each. The Destrier of the land has every right to drive the Rogue out and the Rogue can do nothing about it. A Rogue may steal and claim mares and they may wander throughout the lands with him. But Rogue mares are easily stolen.
Mares are not Rogues unless they are taken by a Rogue stallion. Only then may they be called that.
There are no betta or omega positions.
The Immortals remain all powerful and may not be killed or overpowered. They are the lite and demand respect from even the King.
The King answers to the Immortals, the Destriers to the Kings, and the Wheelers to the Destriers. Rogues are wanderers and respond to no one but the Gods.

There will be absolutely NO graphic breeding. If you are perverted enough to even consider horse porno then go to a phsychologist and get some professional help. It will not be tolerated and will suffice in an immediate ban without warning for however long I feel like.
There is no required length for posts, all we ask is that you write to your very best ability and refrain from one line "quickies". Spend time writing and enjoy it! Have fun and be proud of your work!
All ideas and characters created by Melanie are copywritten for Element of Desire and nothing else. If you wish to use an idea message Melanie and the idea at hand will be discussed. Do not steal any portion of EOD for another site or you will be prosecuted severely.
